Tickets are not processing

Hi,

I have mail handler configured for the project and when someone drops an email to the mail handler ,ticket should be processed to the jira ticket and if user does not have account then account should be created. But for now emails are not processing we need to give viewer access to the user and then emails are processing.

  1. Email should proccessed to jira ticket without giving any access.

We noticed that users who are outside of the company if they are sending email, viewer and software groups are getting assing to the users and email processed to jira tickets which should not happened.

  1. Groups should not assinged automatically to any users and email should process to jira ticket. 

 Can someone advise here

Please read the documentation again. You dont seem to understand how jira works.

As a rule of thumb. Email handlers are evil.... Bad Practice!. Don't do it.
