As subject, we have noticed that JSM tickets with status "Cancelled" are being moved to the next sprint in JSW (we link JSM tickets through to our JSM board). I have checked that the "Cancelled" status is set to the "Done" category and is showing in green, but not sure what else I can check. Thank you.
Hi @Steven Kay , I am a bit confused by the details of your post. How exactly are JSM issues included in your JSW sprints. Linking of JSM issues to JSW does not, in and of itself, present the JSM issues for inclusion into a sprint. Maybe your scrum board's filter includes the JSM issues? Can you share that?
now, regarding the canceled issues carrying over to the next sprint, I suspect the Canceled status is not mapped to the right most column. Can you share an image of the status-column mapping?
Hi Jack - you were right - the Cancelled status was associated with the "Done" category but WASN'T in the right most column (now moved over). I suspect that'll resolve it.
And yes, our JSW board's filter includes the JSM tickets, then we add them to sprints.
