New to Confluence.
I'm looking for a way to publish time-limited content within a specific "space". Ideally, content would be in the form of pages that automatically delist on a set date. Some sort of banner or pop-op dialogue would also work.
I've browsed the community forums and documentation, but it doesn't look like either of these options are a possibility, at least not without some sort of add-on. I did see mention of the "Blog", but this seems somewhat isolated from "pages", even having its own taxonomy that would need to be managed. Perhaps I'm overlooking a known feature/option?
Thanks!
Hi @Derek de Boer , welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Out-of-the-box, there's not real feature/option to automatically hide pages after a preset period. Of course, you can manually archive pages which are no longer relevant.
Comala Document Management is an app which offers the possibility to build a workflow and puts the page in review status on a specific date or pre-defined period.
Have a look at their Content Expiry Workflow for more info.
Thanks Dave. Will have a look!
