We have installed Timesheet for Jira (Quick timesheet) Version 4.1 by Touch down on our Jira Data Center on Azure version is 9.0.0.
When we try to access it it says Https 405 Status -Method not allowed contacted Atlassian support they say contact vendor and vendor says we have written it to Atlassian we are caught between these two.
If anyone gone through this issue please help us in resolving it
I'm afraid this is probably one for the vendor.
A 405 error means that you have tried to send data to a URL, but the method used is not supported by the page you have hit. That is usually down to the people who coded the page.
However, you need to check exactly what you are sending - what is the whole URL that you are sending? (please feel free to obscure the host name, we don't need to see it - https://********.com/jira/browse/abc-43?timesheettracker for example).
Also, this error can come from a poorly configured proxy or load balancer, or even a firewall. Is your Jira server running behind a proxy?
