Time Tracking Plot & Bar Charts

Sorry I have lots of questions :

1. I have been asked to plot the results of a filter in a bar chart. Such as the different status of a number of issues in a stacked bar chart. Is this possible without using a plugin ?
2. Is there a way to plot time tracking history ? For example I would like a plot of remaining time of an issue over the last year to see the burn down.
3. Is there any way to sum up the time tracking of all issues in an EPIC to calculate an ETC for the complete EPIC ?

Bar charts are generally created with help of plugin

You can log work in Jira, but when it comes to creating timesheet reports across projects, issues, and filters it's almost impossible to get anything done in Jira without a plugin when it comes to timesheets.

I have personally used tempo time-sheet and Timsheet reports. Tempo is more enterprisy and quite expensive but also loaded with most features.
