If the team has given a time estimate of a certain task or an automatic timer has been applied for an "In Progress" task and working hours has been set, does the timer take into consideration the working hours or does the user have to manually move tasks back into "To Do"?
3rd party apps like Clockwork has an automatic timer and the app allows us to set working hours but if the task is left in "In Progress", it continues the tracking regardless of the working hours. If the team has to manually move the tasks back into In Progress, is there a way we can automate the moving of tasks past a certain hour? Or does the tracker already take into consideration the working hours and I just have to sift through the reports for this?
