Time Tracking

Hi Guys

Is there any way jira can be linked to Outlook and all my meetings times are tracked to epic ticket?
or i can say all my meeting times ae tracked and linked to Epic so in Epic i can see how much time was spend on meetings?

Instead of tracking work through jira this will be lot easier
any suggestion?
