Time in Status addon - how to set it

Daniel Ronnstam April 7, 2022

Hi. I seem to get strange results when filtering and viewing Time in Status in the following way;

I want to see how much time, in hours total during a month, tickets have dwelled in each column (status). The sum of all tickets, for each column.

I have TO DO and IN PROGRESS columns (and more). The amount of time tickets dwell in TO DO column, represents the efficiency of the pipeline.

The amount of time tickets dwell in IN PROGRESS column, shows how much work has been done as only one ticket at a time is allowed in IN PROGRESS, and each ticket has a component (set to the ticket-owning team member). I can then compare this to logged work time.

But I get very strange numbers. I trim the data to only show a month, but it is not right and I think I set the settings in Time in Status wrong.

Can anyone help me with the right settings? I want data to show in the following way;

____________________________ STATUS (column 1)______STATUS (column 2)____etc
Component: Team member 1____Total time all tickets
Component: Team member 2____have dwelled in this status.
etc
