Time planning in Jira Roadmap

Is it possible to make a planning per hourly daily resource? Using the roadmap without extensions?
Example: John works on the Iphone project on Monday 3 hours, Wednesday 4 hours etc.
Is it possible the representation on the roadmap, how?

Is it possible to insert the absences (e.g. vacations) that block me from assigning a task to that resource on a day where it is absent?
