I am migrating all projects (Zoho) to Jira import after the import I am not seeing time spent at work log, neither in the time spect field(in fact time spent is not reflection although I have configured via field configuration)
I have adjusted the formating of date and time as per jira guidliness, but still facing this issue
(I just need all the tasks and projects and how many hh:mm spent on these tasks of past projects)
Hi @Ghulam Sarwar , thanks for your question.
Please can you clarify, are you exporting
?
Is the goal to migrate from using one product to the other? Or is this more like an integration where you need to share the data from one system to the other?
If you can share some more detail, we should have a better idea how to help.
Best wishes
From Zoho to Jira (via global import in csv file)
From Zoho: all the projects, tasks, summary time spent to Jira (columns adjust according to jira format)
I hope you understand

Hi @Ghulam Sarwar , thanks for the clarification. If you haven't already done so, I would cross post this question also in the Zoho community as it sounds like this is the source and you're asking how to get the data out of Zoho in a format that can be imported / integrated with Jira.

But the problem is with Jira since the data in Jira are not reflecting as it is supposed to (especially with the time spent)

Hi @Ghulam Sarwar , thanks for the clarification. If you think it's an error on the Jira side, please open a support ticket so an Atlassian agent can take a look at the problem directly in your instance, https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
Best wishes
