Time tacking for JIRA

Hi All,

Can anybody recommend me a JIRA plugin for time tracking?

I want to know how long we are working on single JIRA issue per person

For example:

User1 puts in 1 hr = 1 hr

User2 puts in 2 hrs = 3 hrs

User3 puts in 1 hr = 4 hrs

Asking for plugins without telling us what you're currently doing, or how you're already using the built-in stuff is not really a useful question.
