Timesheet Gadget and Report 502 Error

We have hosted Jira Data center 9.0 on Azure and installed Timesheet Gadget and Reprot plugin From Tempo.

While generating the report ( For Invoicing ) for Any group or any individual Group we get 502 error but can generate the Same Report for any user.

We tried contacting the Plugin vendor and he says contact network team for 502 error and  theyhave asked for Support zip we uploaded that and tried having one to one call but they refused because of their SLA.

We did not get any help from Atlassian.

Hi @Jagadeesh K 

Normally if the 500 error is only occuring with a plugin and not the whole instance the vendor should be supporting you on this.

I would check your instance and see if you are getting any other 500 errors in Jira. If not reach out back to the vendor and inform them the error only occurs in their app.

I have escalated this to Atlasssian as well.

Thanks for the reply.

We get the error while using the Timesheet Gadget and Reports plugin when tried to generate the error with Any Group but same reprot when tried using user filter with 2 to 3 users included we can generate the reprot.

We do not have any issue with the Jira instance.

Please try asking for help at Tempo support portal https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/group/31

Note, I've checked Time Sheet report with Worklog Cost additional column for Any Group on Jira 9.0, and it works fine for me.

Thanks for the reply.

We have created a ticket with the plugin vendor but the problem is vendor is not ready to come to one to one call so that we can show what is happening.

Note - We can generate the same report for 2 to 4 users added without any issue.
