Timesheet gadget/report showing average timespent?

Can you give any advice on how should I create a Timesheet gadget on dashboard / Timesheet report, where I would cumulate Timespent data on a weekly basis for a few weeks and then calculate an average Timespent per day value per each week (by dividing each week's Timespent value by 7?)
