Timesheet stopped displaying

13 May 2020 My Timesheet gadget stopped displaying on my dashboard.

I have reloaded the web page and opened my dashboard in a different browser with no success. I'm using thunderbird and also tried MS Edge.

This is not a Tempo Timesheet, its just a timesheet gadget added to a dashboard. 

Any ides why this gadget just suddenly stopped working?

Hi Leonie,

 

Sorry for late response, and actually there is no clear reason for such problem. Please check if there is any error in Browser Developer Console, or try re-enabling the app.

I have removed and added the gadget several time without success.

That really looks like a cause of empty gadget. Could you please make sure you still have Timer Reports app installed in Jira Settings - Apps - Manage apps.
