Tipps for the best gadget(s) for my dashboard to detect overrunning projects and resource conflicts?

Hi,

• as project lead of more then one project, I will see (possibly on one view) which projects became overrunning
• I also will see possible resource conflicts. So when one teammember is assigned in different issues  of different projects to be "sprinted in same time".

Which gadgets (or combination of gadgets) on dashboard does help the best?

Hi,

I have some questions regarding your first question: "overrunning" in which way? More Time Logged on a story than estimated? More Issues have been created than were closed? Too much Tickets in Progess ?

Regarding your second question: A Plugin like Tempo Planning (e.g.) would fit your needs (also to manage if your teammember is maybe avaible for another project in a few weeks). 

A simple way -if your jira is well managed- could be a simple JQL Filter like "Sprint in openSprints() AND assignee = Jon Doe" which could be extended which time variables.
