To create a change management Dashboard

Can you please help me with my requirement

1) I m creating a change management Dashboard and My requirement is to have all the sub tab as shown in below link ,

Please confirm if it possible to create a tab in one page like shown in video "Change Overview" "Change Open" "Change New" "Change closed" via script, if yes can you please guide me with the script to be used or if there is any alternative option where we can create a change management dashboard somewhere close the as shown in the video

2) Whenever i get any mail in my outlook with subject "ABC123", there should be Jira ticket created with all the details as mail contains, Please confirm if it possible via script

1) Jira dashboards do not support tabs. But what you could do, would be to create multiple dashboards like in this example:

And every dashboard will have the necessary gadgets in-place. In term of gadgets you can use the Jira's default gadgets and the ones offered by our Great Gadgets app - a powerful analytics tool that, I think, will give you all you need for your case.
