To link notifications to Teams

It would be beneficial if you could explain what you are trying to achieve. Are you talking about Atlassian Teams or Microsoft Teams?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Currently it is not possible to add a Team or the Team field to a Notification. There is a change request about that to which you can add your vote.
