Can anyone provide more insight to what is affected by today's partial outage and/or what caused it?
Investigating - We are investigating an incident impacting Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket Cloud, and Statuspage. During our investigation, users may be logged out of their accounts as we work towards a resolution. We are continuing to investigate and will update this incident with more details as they are available.

As on date and time, we haven't observed any outages in the organization!

The outage seems to only affect a few of our users. The users can't log in or open tickets.
This banner alert currently shows up on my Atlassian dashboard (attached).
