Too many "comments" are attached in the "Issue". For this reason, if you want to delete an "issue", I get an error. What should I do?

What error do you get when trying to delete?  The message above the referral number.

That looks like https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/bulk-operations-fail-with-a-nullpointerexception-313467997.html to me.  But I'd want to read the full log as well, to see if there are any other errors in that area of it.
