Hi,
I am looking for a solution/portal which can be exposed to the users who does not have access to Jira, these are the steps I am looking for
1- This users(Mostly business users) can log their issues on this portal
2- Be able to log their new idea and requirements on this portal
3- being able to link the idea/issue to a category or subcategory/Jira project
3- PM or SM who has access to Jira to being able to manage this issues and copy the issues on their product backlog for the next steps.
4-Portal admin
