Tooltips covering text data and links on screens

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We've been seeing these tooltip windows pop up over data fields, links and general information on ticket search screens. This has become detrimental as the tooltip covers links and either heavily obscures or completely blocks the ability to click them. Any help would be appreciated.
