Total Availability in Activity Timeline

Hello,

My company recently migrate from Jira On-Prem to Jira Cloud. While using Activity Timeline plugin I noticed that in the Cloud version is not displaying the total availability under the Planner dashboard. Any ideas is that is expected or if need to change any settings? Thanks

Hi Cristina, 

 

As part of a recent update, the Planner dashboard no longer includes the totals section in its default settings. This change was implemented to avoid redundant information, as users can access data on total team availability and workload through the Team panel:

However, if you wish to re-enable it, kindly follow the steps provided below:

 - Go to ActivityTimeline Configuration-> Advanced Settings-> Add the following text into the "Custom Functionality" field: BOTTOM_PAGE_WORKLOAD

- Click 'Update'
