Total and remaining story points in each epic

I want my TMP roadmap to report the total and remaining story points in each epic. This seems an obvious capability to help to manually set the expected end dates for the epics. But my searches are not finding an answer outside of 3rd party apps. Does anybody have a way of accomplishing this? Thank you. 

P.S. Would like the solution to be filter-aware in order to calculate for stories in a given phase as defined by a label (unless there's a better way than using a label).
