We are using the backbone issue Sync for comment synchronization between projects. We are using this for projects in Jira and Jira's service desk. When someone comments on Jira it adds a comment in Jira service desk something like below. how can filter these tickets so we stay on top pick up updates from the resolver team and be able to quickly send it to our customers?
