Track issues spill over from each sprint using JQL

We actually looking to find spill over tickets from last 6 months using JQL. Is there any way to find them and place on Dash Boards?

Scriptrunner has a JQL extension that can provide this.

Without the add-on it sadly won't be possible to view in a dashboard.  You could export filter results to Excel and get the data that way, but I know that is not what you're looking for.
