Tracking across multiple components and projects

I am on the Tag Management Team. I am trying to track all of the tag issues that need to be implemented/tested across all components and projects. Since I don't have a component of my own, is there a way for me to organize a dashboard that can show what we have outstanding by sprint or fix? I was trying to come up with something like the teams have for their backlog.

James, you may be able to use the Label field in the Issue to label the tag issues as such then create a new board that filters on that label. Will that meet your needs?

That sounds like it will work. I am brand new to Jira so I will try creating a new dashboard filtering on labels. Thank you.
