Tracking fix version scope changes

I have a JIRA filter of issues i imported into my Portfolio plan.

When issues meet or no longer meet the filter criteria (e.g. removed fix version, changed project), I'd like to have a weekly list of changes, as in items that were added or removed based on the filter criteria.

Is there any base functionality or add on that can help with this?

By default, Jira doesn't have a report available that will help you achieving this.

You may consider a third-party add-on, the most common used by our customers to generate custom reports are:
