Transfer bug from one JIRA instace to another

Hi,

How do I transfer the bug created in our internal JIRA instance to the vendors JIRA instance in a seamless way?

**Background**

We are using JIRA cloud internally. Our vendor have their own instance of JIRA.

Currently I have to report the bug in our internal JIRA and then copy paste it to the vendors JIRA instance. This not done automatically.

Both we and the vendor are using JIRA Cloud version.

I'm not sure if 2 JIRA Cloud instances can be "linked" together but when they do, you will have the feature called "Remote Copy" found in the "More" menu button of an issue.
