Transfer full administrator rights because previous admin has left the company

Hi our admin left the company and did not transfer rights before leaving. I need to become the new admin with full rights. Can you help with the process please.

Welcome to the Community!

If you want full admin rights then you need to add yourself as a Site admin in jira cloud.

Here is the site admin documentation. please have a look at this.
