Transition History was not in order!...

Hi,

In our JIRA Instance, Transition History was displaying incorrect order.

Not sure how it happened!...

For Example:

My Workflow setup is like

Open > In Progress > In Review > Accepted > Closed

In correct Transition History Shows like below

 1. Open to "In Progress"

  2. "In Progress" to "In Review"

  4. Accepted to Closed

  3. "In Review" to Accepted

Did anyone face same kind of issue and resolved the case...?

Welcome to the community !!

Transition history shows the movement of one status to another. 

It could be,  in your workflow you have enabled transition from one status from many statuses.

Example:
Open --> Inprogress
Open --> In review
Open --> Closed 
Here user can directly Close ticket from Open status

Can you please share the transition history and the workflow screenshot.
