Transition Linked issue from sub task of separate issue

Hi everyone, 

I have a requirement where i have issue type 'Accommodation' with a subtask allocation. Multiple Accommodation issues are created and the subtasks are linked to an Epic. The accommodation issue has no link to this epic. 

I need the Epic to transition to a status 'Ready to Load Allocation' When all the subtasks that are linked within the epic are transitioned to 'Done'

I have tried multiple post functions and conditions and I have been playing about with project automation but cant get this to work. 

Please can someone help me to get this working. We have JWME if that will be helpful?

Per your description, I was not able to clearly identify what is the exact relation/link you have configured between your sub-tasks and Epic issues. I believe you have used the default issue link functionality, is that correct?

If that's what you did, you can automatically transition an Epic when ALL the linked sub-tasks are transitioned by using Jira Automation. You can follow the template below where "Relates to" would be the link type you used to link sub-tasks and Epics:

P.S: To ensure the automation above will properly work, you must use an exclusive Link type to link your Sub-tasks and Epics, ensuring this link will not be used to link other issues or for any other purposes.
