Standard jira Post Function functionality was used but this doesn't work with the current flow. The same situation with Validation. But some points of these functions work. And I can't understand why it's so.
I have an admin permissions.
Hi Aliaksandr,
Can you please share with us what post function is not working?
If possible, send us a screenshot of the post functions from the affected workflow.
Was there any change before the post function stopped working?
Regards,
Angélica
1st post function doesn't work. Status changes but the field value remains as it was.

Hi Aliaksandr,
I've tested here and also checked for some tickets and the post function to clear the value of remaining estimated is not supported.
It shows this error on my test instance:
Issue field "timeestimate" is not supported for setting.
To fix this issue, please follow the steps below:
1 - Go to the workflow.
2 - Remove the post-function The value of the field Remaining Estimate will be cleared
3 - Click on Add post function
4 - Choose Update Issue Field and click Add
5 - Select Remaining Estimate for Issue Field, and leave the field for Field Value empty
6 - Click on Add
7 - Publish the workflow
Please, give a try and let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Angélica
