Transition of SubTask blocked till Parent in a state

Hi,

i have a question for you my dear Community.

Is it possible to Block my Subtask until my parent Issue comes into certain state?

I have a 3 Workflows for 2 different Subtasks and a parent and my problem is that EndUser shouldnt be alowed to transition a one Group of Subtasks until my main Issue is in certain state. Is that even possible?

Automated, Script runner i have it all.

This isnt working for me.
