Hi @Super Diego , this could be caused by a number of issues with your project. I'll try and list out a few common ones and we can go from there to troubleshoot what might be going on.
- Each project has a "Permission Scheme" set up, where permissions are configured. One permission is listed as "Transition Issues". You may not be given this permission. You might need help from an administrator, if you aren't one, to resolve this.
- Workflows associated with a project can be configured to prevent certain individuals from executing specific transitions, or only give this ability to specific people. If you have the ability to check the workflow settings, checking for Validators or Conditions on the transition you are trying to execute will bring more insight.
Those are the two most common cases of transition permission issues I've found, hopefully that is helpful to identify which is causing you troubles.
