Transition to another tab in a workflow.

I have a main form that when creating a ticket has 3 tabs I want when you go from open to the next step in a workflow for the second tab to be the one that shows etc.

Can this be done?

Not out of the box. An option is to during the transition to the next step present a screen that has just the values from the second tab. If they are required you'll need to put the requirement on the transition, not in the field configuration.
