Translate component name

If I changed the component name base on the original name, like: Name==>Name_A. Will the previous Jira actions which were marked with "Name" changed to "Name_A"?

Yes, if you change the component name in the project settings, it will change across all issues that are using that component. All chart gadgets and reports that are using this component will also change.
