Trello and Jira Descriptions are not synced

I have Integrated Jira with Trello. I am creating issues jira issues from trello and whatever is written in the trello card gets updated on the jira issue as well. 

The problem is that once the cards on Jira are created and If I update something on the trello card, the changes do not reflect on the Jira Card. 

The issues should be synced all the time. If some updates are made on trello, it should be reflected on Jira as well and vice versa. 

I hope I have made my question clear. 

Any Help! Please. It's important.
