I want to try "Timesheets by Tempo" but the trial button is not available, only the Buy button. Timesheets is not visible in our User-installed apps (not installed). We use DataCenter.
Do you have any idea why a free trial is not possible?
Welcome to the community @Quentin Bourguignon d_Herbigny !
This is because Tempo offers 30 days for free on the Data Center, after the 30 day trial period is over you need to buy the app:
Hello,
Thanks for your quick response.
As I said, we never used Timesheet by Tempo, we can't see it on our User-installed apps
Even if we had used the trial version, on the link below, Tempo said we could extend the free trial:

Understood, one thing you should try is also to filter to see All of the apps, not only the user installed ones.
I will be adding Atlassian tag to this question, because this seems like a bug.

I have a lot of plugins installed, but I have no rights on them (and Tempo is not mentioned) :

This is indeed weird.

You should raise a ticket for Atlassian, but you need to select your cloud instance, since Atlassian is not giving support to the server anymore. Since this is a bug, you can refer to your server instance.
In case you do not have the cloud instance, make a temporary one and also use the standard trial, because Atlassian doesn't offer support for free instances.

I heard that support for servers is not available anymore, but we are on Data Center, I think it's different, isn't it ?

I did contact support, but I think they are a bit overbooked.

You are correct, it is different. There's an alternative, since they are overbooked with these requests, you can make a trial version of standard Jira (no need to add you credit card and you can cancel the trial once the support solves this issue), since from standard package Jira offers the support.
And also tell them that this is for the data center (I did this and they fixed my issue even though it was for the cloud product).
