Trigger Generic Event on field change?

Hello Experts,

I would like to trigger a generic event and notify the project admin if a user changes the security level from an issue.

Security level field is the system field i am using and configured using security levels in JIRA onpremise implementation.

Also, i understand the steps from configuring a generic event to configuring right notification to the admin. I am looking for help on how to trigger a generic notification when a user changes the Security Level System field. (not workflow status update)
