Trigger slack message when a specific comment field gets updated

Hi all,

I would like to trigger a slack message when a specific comment field is updated for a specific issue type.

Example:

issueType = Initiative AND DeliveryComment is updated.

Can you please advise on the best way to achieve this?

Hi @Renata 

One way to achieve what you ask is with automation rules, triggered on the comment and checking the issue type before posting the message to Slack.
