Trigger when I update some fields in JIRA cloud

Hello everybody,

I'm begginer in JIRA. My question is: is it possible to launch some actions after updating some fields in JIRA like summary or description.

The goal is make a post request when someone updates an issue for updating other services ?

I resolve that by using Webhook JIRA

Being in the cloud restricts what plugins you can use and eliminates scripting so I don't believe you can trigger anything.
