Our team would like to have email notifications triggerable to users in specified user picker custom fields for the following events:
- Links are created between 2 issues
- Either linked issue have changed in its assigned sprint (I suspect this requirement evolves a bit and other changes in dates etc are requested also)
We're due to get Scriptrunner rolled out in a few weeks (also therefore unlikely we look at Automation for Jira any time soon) which I assume may offer answers but I've never used it in anger - this sort of functionality looks like it could be part of the answer: https://library.adaptavist.com/entity/comment-selected-linked-issues
