After we have upgraded JIRA from 7.2.6 to 7.6.2 the troubleshooting and support tools occurred the following errors:

Checks if the running version of Jira is approaching, or has reached End of Life.
The health check was unable to complete within the timeout of 20000ms.

Exception during health check invocation java.lang.NullPointerException
This usually means the server cannot reach Atlassian's servers to check how old the current version is.
It is fine to ignore, especially when you know it's a recent version.
