Trying to auto-close a ticket when a checklist is complete via automation

Hello,

As the title suggests - i am trying to make an automation that will transition a ticket to done once it's checklist is complete. I am using the add-on Checklist for Jira Cloud.

I thought I could monitor for changes to the "Items Done Percentage" field, but the automation doesn't seem to register any changes to the value of this field (even though I can see the % changing in this field on the actual ticket)checklist.jpg
