I cloned out production environment EC2 to create a new stage environment. I have an RDS that i'm trying to connect to it. I have used the config.sh tool and inputted all the parameters. I test the connection and it gives me a success message. I verified that the DBconfig.xml is also correct.
When i start Jira instead of load the application, it goes to the SetupDatabase Wizard. which won't work since it's not an empty database. Using config.sh and having a good dbconfg.xml isn't getting me past the setup wizard.
any suggestions?
