Trying to delete an issue, says I don't have permission

I'm "org and site admin", but when I go to delete an issue, Jira says I don't have permission. Any idea what I have to do?

You need to make sure that you have the proper permissions on the project to do so.  Please check the project's permission scheme and ensure that you are a part of the project role that has delete capability.
