Trying to hide specific details tabs in the Issues' "View" Page

The "View" page of this issue should be hiding the "Export or Production" and "Imaging" fields, if the issue was created with "Job Selection" set to "Other".
As you can see, the custom field "Job Selection" was set to "Other" during the creation of this Issue, but these pesky tabs are still visible.
We've been using Dynamic Forms' Feature, "Dynamic Tabs", which is supposed to read the contents of the "Job Selection" field and reveal the appropriate tab. As you can see, the settings are correct.
Something is over-writing this rule, and making the "Export or Production" and "Imaging" visible for every one of these issues, regardless of what the "Job Selection" field's contents are.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what could cause this behavior?
I recently updated some custom fields on the Scriptrunner Behaviors which target these issues, but even commenting out every one of those scripts did not fix this problem.
I've tried to contact Deviniti Support, the developer for "Dynamic Forms for Jira", but they haven't responded yet.
Does anyone else have any ideas?
