Trying to install a trial license of a 3rd party app

I'm trying to install the free trial of the release management for jira app, but keep receiving the attached error.  Does anyone know where to go to obtain the license key?

Have you tried going to my.atlassian.com?

I was also having some trouble installing an app this morning. I managed to get it to work by uninstalling and installing again the app.

If you really aren't getting anywhere, you call always open a support ticket here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
