Hello,

We are wanting to evaluate JIRA with the Crucible add in application and are having trouble getting JIRA to communicate with Crucible. We have Crucible communicating fine with JIRA, but it seems that JIRA can not communicate back. I've gone through all the steps in the documents that I could fine and have set up the application link correctly using just basic access. Here are the configurations:

Incoming Authentication: 10.4.104.2 (IP of Crucible instance)

Outgoing Authentication: 10.4.4104.2 (IP of Crucible instance)

URL Patterns:

/secure/CreateSubTaskIssueDetails.jspa

/browse/

/rest

/plugins/servlet/applinks/whoami

/plugins/servlet/streams

/rpc/soap

/sr/jira.issueviews:searchrequest

/secure/RunPortlet

Crucible is seeing the issues placed into JIRA, but JIRA can not see the code reviews when linked to and issue in JIRA, and the FishEye Chart gadget can not see the repos in Crucible.

Hi, Ben.

According to this document, in Outgoing Authentication you should enter the IP addresses for your FishEye/Crucible instance, but in Incoming Authentication you need to enter the IP addresses for your JIRA instance. Could you please try to change this?

Also, could you please check if the FishEye instance is accepting Remote API calls? This setting is found in FishEye Administration >> Global Settings >> Server.

Hope this helps!

Cheers,
