Trying to integrate JIRA Cloud with Vera(OnPrem) instance

Hi Team,

We are trying to integrate JIRA Cloud with Vera(OnPrem) instance and we are not sure the webhooks configured to trigger the events to Vera when a approval route is started is reaching Vera or not. How to troubleshoot this ?? Has anyone done similar investigations please assist.

So far we are seeing the below message in JIRA issue when we start the approval route,
